Service Box Design and Prototype in Figma

A smooth and quick service booking interaction for website and mobile app.

STORY TIME!

It started when a colleague offered me to work on it, and I looked at it and, ideas started flowing in my mind, and after analyzing the original design (which I can't show here… because I am not working there anymore) was quite confusing, and missing some steps along the way as well.

After confirming the flow with my colleague, I went down to wireframing and created some screens that I thought were missing.

Though the final design I created now will not suit the website much and can be utilized on a mobile app or something, I wanted it to be seamless, and users should not navigate to other unnecessary pages.

So I made this Concept design using Figma with proper components and complex prototypes in play.
